Lay Ups

Is your equine athlete recovering from an injury, needing a break after a tough season, or preparing to return to work? ReeLee Restarting and Training offers comprehensive lay-up services tailored to your horse's individual needs. Located within an hour of three of the nation's top equine medical centers – New Bolton Center, Mid Atlantic Equine Hospital, and Hogan Equine at Fairwinds Farm – we can seamlessly coordinate care and ensure access to specialized veterinary services. Owner/Head Trainer Kelsey Parisi has a proven track record of success in rehabilitating top race and performance horses, with a 100% return-to-work rate for all rehabbed horses since 2015. We provide a range of services, from rest and relaxation to post-surgical recovery and a carefully planned conditioning program to get your horse back in peak condition.  ​

Full Training Board

ReeLee Restarting and Training offers a full-service training board program that encompasses everything your horse needs to thrive. We provide top-of-the-line care and amenities, including a custom feeding program tailored to your horse's individual requirements, use of our incline treadmill and eurociser, and a training/riding program designed to address their specific needs and your goals. Whether you're needing a young or old horse started under saddle, refinement of existing skills, or help tackling behavioral challenges, we will work closely with you and your horse to accomplish your goals. We believe in open communication and encourage owner participation to ensure a seamless transition when your horse returns home.

Training board starts at $1,350 per month, with tiered pricing based on the level of training required (tune-ups, starting, problem horses), and additional inclusions. Contact us for a consultation and pricing for problem-solving and behavior modification.

Mustang Training 

The bond you can forge with a wild mustang is unlike any other. But the journey from wild to willing requires patience, understanding, and a specialized facility for their safety and yours.  If you're ready to embrace the challenge and experience the profound rewards of partnering with a mustang, we offer comprehensive services to assist you from initial gentling to advanced training.

Lessons

Groundwork

Deepen your connection with horses through our groundwork lessons. Whether you're new to horses or seeking to refine your skills, we'll teach you effective communication techniques using leading, lunging, and round pen work. Practice with experienced horses and progress to working with diverse temperaments. Enhance your horsemanship and build a stronger partnership.

Private: $65 per hour
Semi-Private: $50 per hour

Principles of Horse Training for Riders

Go beyond basic riding and develop the skills to train horses of all levels. These lessons will equip you to teach, guide, and develop young horses, building a strong foundation for their future success. Learn to establish clear communication, cultivate responsiveness, and confidently navigate the challenges of working with horses of various dispositions and training levels.

Semi-Private: $60 per hour

Green Horse Clinics

Do you have a freshly started horse or is your horse new to a discipline? Are you not sure where to go next with your horse? Our Green Horse Clinics provide valuable guidance and practical skills for both horse and rider. Learn effective training methods, address common challenges, and build a solid foundation for future success. We cover topics such as long lining, introducing new tack, evaluation of current tack being used, goal setting, getting out of stuck spots, and early riding experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

Obstacle Clinics

Learn how to safely navigate various obstacles, improve your horse's problem-solving skills, and enhance communication between horse and rider.
